1.How do I access my private area?
Once you have logged in with your email and password, click on the upper right corner to access your private area and edit your personal data.
To know the movements in your profile and the status of your invoices, click on your score in the upper right corner

3. What are program's conditions?
You will find them on the "home page" in the main menu: "TH Program" and in "Membership Form" and "Points Program" tabs.
4. How do I import my invoice and choose the products I have purchased from the drop-down menu?
Access the "Upload your invoice" section in the main navigation menu. You must be logged in as a user to be able to declare an invoice. Select the purchase date and your Hayward dealer. To choose the products of your purchase, select the family in the drop-down and the product of your purchase. Then declare the quantity of each product purchased and finally upload your invoice in PDF, JPG or PNG format.
5. What do I do if I cannot import an invoice?
If you cannot import an invoice, please contact totally_hayward@gestazion.net. Remember that the supported formats are PDF, JPN or PNG.
6. What do I do if I can't find the product I bought in the drop-down list?
All products that award points are included in the drop-down. However, you can check the products included in the TH program for this campaign in the main menu: TH PROGRAM and access “Points-program”
7. Where can I see the points I have accumulated?
You can check your accumulated points, in the upper right corner, if you are logged in as a user of the platform.
8.When uploading an invoice, are the points I see final points?
No, they are potential points that will become final once the invoice and the products are confirmed by the distributor.
9.What does “points pending validation” and “validated points” mean?
Points pending validation are the potential points that you obtain for the acquisition of the products included in the purchase that you have just declared, according to your status. These points have to be subsequently validated by the distributors to become definitive.
Validated points They are the points obtained after the completion of a self-declaration and validated by the Distributors -according to their consumption statistics-.
10. What do I do if I don't agree with the score obtained?
If you do not agree with the score obtained, please contact totally_hayward@gestazion.net. and we will review your declared invoices.

You can access to Reward module by clicking on Reward in the main menu.
12. What do I do if I cannot choose a product from those included in the “French gifts platform”?
